Rito Guia has over 20 years of broad expertise in the regulated and deregulated electric utility industry. With significant experience in Enterprise Architecture, Integration, retail and wholesale billing and settlements, ISO/RTO’s Smart Grid/AMI and Distribution Operations, he has worked at over twenty utilities throughout North America and provides management consulting to both the IT and business areas. He has managed and led multi-disciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle for large, medium and small utilities, both investor-owned and municipalities/cooperatives. Rito began his career at Ernst and Young, which then became Cap Gemini Ernst and Young, where he remained for five years. He was then employed by Accenture, previously The Structure Group, for a period eight years. Rito is now the founder and president of RightGuide Consulting. In addition, Rito is active member on the Board of Directors for the Epilepsy Foundation of Texas.
